We offer collection and delivery of your furniture throughout Denmark. You are also very welcome to drop off and collect from one of our workshops. We agree a time for delivery or collection that suits you.

Panton Chair Classic: construction and work required

The Panton Chair Classic was designed by Verner Panton. The Panton Chair Classic is shaped in a single, continuous S-curve from the backrest over the seat to the wide base. This version features a rigid polyurethane body with a glossy, lacquered surface.

The Classic must be identified before treatment because it differs from the matt polypropylene version. The starting price covers cosmetic work on a stable surface and does not cover rebuilding a cracked shell.

Choose a service for Panton Chair Classic

You can select Refreshing gloss lacquer as a starting point in the price selector. The quote concerns your own furniture. If several jobs are needed, they are described together in the quote; selections in the price selector are not automatically added together.

The starting price applies to the cosmetic refreshing of a stable, glossy lacquer surface following a suitability assessment. Complete repainting, color changes, and larger areas of peeling require a separate quote. Cracks or failures in the structural shell are not covered by this service.

Materials and the appearance you want to preserve

The lacquer type, gloss level, and previous treatment are examined on the specific chair. The result of a limited test determines whether the surface is suitable for refreshing. Deep discoloration, peeling, or previous repainting can change the scope of work. Preservation of the existing color and tone is clarified before work begins.

Photos for assessing Panton Chair Classic

Show the entire chair from the side, glossy surfaces in angled light, the underside, and the manufacturer's mark. Take close-up photos of scratches, peeling, and any cracks.

A photo of the markings or model number helps identify the version. State the number of pieces of furniture, previous repairs, and the issues you experience during use. Take photos calmly and with enough light so that both edges and details can be seen.

Starting price and agreement before work

All prices are indicative starting prices per piece of furniture, including VAT. Material consumption, quality, and the actual condition of the furniture can change the final amount. Work is only initiated once materials, scope, and price have been agreed upon in a specific quote. The timing for drop-off and completion is clarified in the same process.
