Images of chairs and other furniture

Start with an overview image of the entire piece of furniture. Add close-up images of wear or damage and an image of the underside, if it can be taken without taking the piece apart. A manufacturer's mark or model name is useful if you have it.

Please specify the quantity and indicate if the furniture items are identical. Also describe what the images do not show: a loose assembly, a seat that has collapsed, or a previous repair. Explain what you wish to change and which details you want to retain.

Information for made-to-measure cushions

Note the length, depth, and thickness for each cushion in centimetres. Distinguish between seat and back, and state the quantity. For sloping sides, curves, or cutouts, a drawing with markings of the front and back will help.

Write whether you want a complete cushion, a new cover for an existing cushion, or foam alone. Also describe where the cushions are to be used. Outdoor use, boat and caravan have different requirements that must be clarified in the specific task.

Practical details

Please enter your postal code if you wish to inquire about transport. Agree drop-off and collection, before you arrive or send the furniture. A request is not in itself a confirmed booking, price or delivery date.

If you already have an order or agreement, reply in the existing email thread and include your order number. Do not send payment card details, personal identification numbers or other sensitive information in a standard enquiry.

Are you unsure about the service?

Use reupholstery, if the problem is the cover or padding, repair, if it is the construction, and chair weaving, if the seat or back is woven. You don't need to choose correctly in advance. Describe the furniture, so the task can be clarified based on that.
