Ox and Queen footstool 1002: construction and work required

The Ox and Queen ottoman 1002 was designed by Hans J. Wegner. Model 1002 features a shaped, fully upholstered top on a lightweight steel frame. The same ottoman is used for both the Ox Chair and the Queen Chair and is also found under the former designation EJ100F.

The curved sides and the finishes at the steel frame require precise cutting. The starting price covers the entire upholstered upper section; any request for contrasting leather on the sides must be described separately.

Choose a service for Ox and Queen footstool 1002

You can select Reupholstery as a starting point in the price selector. The quote concerns your own furniture. If several jobs are needed, they are described together in the quote; selections in the price selector are not automatically added together.

The starting price includes a new cover for the selected upholstered part in the chosen material category. It requires a usable underlying structure. New foam, replacement of other filling or webbing, or extensive rebuilding of the upholstery are priced after inspection. These jobs must not be confused with simply changing the cover.

Materials and the appearance you want to preserve

You can choose furniture fabric, leather, or aniline leather as a starting point for the quote. The specific quality, color, and finish are agreed upon based on usage and preferences. A patterned textile may require more material than a solid-colored one, and the leather's natural variations must be taken into account during cutting. If multiple pieces of furniture are to have the same upholstery, they are assessed as a single project.
