CH101 armchair: construction and work required

CH101 armchair is designed by Hans J. Wegner. CH101 combines an upholstered upper section and internal wooden frame with a visible frame in stainless steel.

The broad upholstered surfaces, transitions to the armrests and cushion shapes are assessed together so that a new cover fits the chair's construction.

Choose a service for CH101 armchair

You can select Reupholstery as a starting point in the price selector. The quote concerns your own furniture. If several jobs are needed, they are described together in the quote; selections in the price selector are not automatically added together.

The starting price includes a new cover for the selected upholstered part in the chosen material category. It requires a usable underlying structure. New foam, replacement of other filling or webbing, or extensive rebuilding of the upholstery are priced after inspection. These jobs must not be confused with simply changing the cover.

Materials and the appearance you want to preserve

You can choose furniture fabric, leather, or aniline leather as a starting point for the quote. The specific quality, color, and finish are agreed upon based on usage and preferences. A patterned textile may require more material than a solid-colored one, and the leather's natural variations must be taken into account during cutting. If multiple pieces of furniture are to have the same upholstery, they are assessed as a single project.

Photos for assessing CH101 armchair

Show seat, back, armrest and the junction between upholstery and steel frame. Specify if the filling is sunken or uneven.

A photo of the markings or model number helps identify the version. State the number of pieces of furniture, previous repairs, and the issues you experience during use. Take photos calmly and with enough light so that both edges and details can be seen.

All prices are indicative starting prices per piece of furniture, including VAT. Material consumption, quality, and the actual condition of the furniture can change the final amount.
